Tender For One Time Repairing Of Window/Split Ac Units At Various Bsnl Sites Under Oa Valsad. 1 Replacing of following faulty parts with brand new spares suitable for 1.5 / 2.0 TR Split AC units i/c testing, commissioning etc i/c credit of non returning of faulty parts as reqd. 1 a Blower Motor 1 b Blower Drum 1 c Condenser motor 1 d Condenser fan blade 1 e Condenser coil 1.5 TR SPAC 1 f 2 pole contactor 25 Amps 1 g Terminal box ( connector) 4/6 way 1 h Capacitor 45/5 MFD Dual 1 i Control card for inverter ac 1 j Control card for conventional ac 1 k Expanded nitrate foam ( heat lon type class O) insulation for refrigerant piping 2 Repairing of control card for conventional ac 3 Replacement of faulty SPN MCB C series 25 Amps in existing DB as reqd. 4 Replacement of faulty SP MCB C series 25 Amps in existing DB as reqd. 5 Supplying and charging of the R 22 refrigerant gas for topping up into existing ACs as reqd. 6 Supplying and charging of the R 410 refrigerant gas for topping up into existing ACs as reqd. 7 Carrying out leak testing of Window/ Split AC unit with nitrogen gas, brazing the leak points, flushing the system, vaccumizing, making the system leak proof, testing & commissioning etc. complete as reqd. 8 Water servicing of 1.5 / 2 TR Window AC /split AC unit / HPAC units with complete cleaning i/c cleaning condenser coil with suitable Chemical. 9 Blower Servicing & Cleaning of 1.5 / 2 TR Split AC Units / 2 x 1.5 TR High Sensible AC Units including taking out AC out side , blowing out all dust from the complete units and put in working condition etc. complete as required. 10 Dismantling healthy compressor from scrapped AC unit, transporting to required site for replacement, fixing, testing complete as required. 11 Shifting / transportation of dismantled split AC from sites within OA valsad to required site within OA valsad i/c loading / unloading etc as reqd. ( Rates will be for 1 AC per Km) 12 Dismantling of split AC unit with all accessories from different BTS / TE sites complete as required. 13 S/F of drain water arrangement with 25 mm dia Heavy thick PVC pipe with elbo, bends, Tees etc i/c making holes in the wall, making damages good as reqd. 14 S/F of drain water arrangement with flexible PVC pipe from AC to common PVC pipe i/c connections etc as reqd. 15 Replacement of existing faulty indoor or out door split ac unit with spare healthy one , testing and commissioning along with the existing copper piping, wiring, insulation, flexible PVC pipes , stand etc. as required. 16 Installation, Testing and commissioning of 1.5 TR split AC unit along with the copper piping, wiring including insulation flexible PVC pipes and making opening in wall and making good the damages, fixing of existing timer, existing stand etc., as required. 17 Supplying and Fixing additional suction and discharge refrigerant copper piping i/c brazing/ jointing suitable for above Ac units, where ever required including expanded nitrate foam (heat lon type class O) insulation for suction & discharge gas piping etc as required. 18 Supplying & fixing of ISI marked 3 core 2.5 Sq mm XLPE copper conductor 1.1 KV grade flexible power cable on surface of wall including saddles & spacers etc as reqd. 19 Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with powder painted including earthing etc. as required. ( But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) a) 2 way single door. 20 Supply and fixing of 12 mm thick marine plywood board for closing of window opening i/c cutting, finishing etc. complete as reqd. 21 Supply and fixing of 24 gauge GI sheet on existing ply wood for mounting ac indoor unit i/c riveting, jointing, cutting, finishing, silicon sealant etc. complete as required.
