'U' type flushing made of at least 20 G GI sheet shall be fixed on the foundation using secure foundation bolts throughout the edges of foundation. PUF panels shall be fixed inside the 'U' type flushings already fixed onto floor using rivets at suitable distance to form the walls of the AHU room. The jointing of panels should be internally cam locked type. The panels should have tongue and groove joints for proper fixing. At the joints of the panels on the outside and inside fix 50 mm wide flat strips made of 0.60 mm thick pre colour coated GI sheet so as to prevent any moisture ingress and leakage inside the panels. The PUF panels shall be minimum 50 mm thick with 0.6 mm thick PP GI sheet on both sides with tongue and groove arrangement having internal cam locks for jointing. The inside corner of panel walls corner angles made of 0.6 mm thick PPGI shall be fixed to cover the corner joints. Similarly external corner of PUF panels for walls and roof shall be fixed of 0.6 mm thick PP GI. The roof panels shall be further reinforced with hollow M.S. tubes to increase their load bearing capacity. 50 mm wide 'U' type flushing made of at least 20 G GI sheets shall be fixed on the edges of the roof using secure rivets to stop water entering into the panel. The roof panels will also have interlocking with cam locks and shall have a slope of 1: 50. All exposed foam panels will be covered with C type flushing. All joints are to be thoroughly filled with silicone sealant before covering the joints with flat joints. The rooms shall adequate openings duly sealed for cable, chilled water, and hot water and drain pipes.
