Any Disputes Will Be At Discretion Of Ge And Decision Shall Be Binding On Contractor . ( C ) Operator Shall Posses , Police Verification Certificate . ( D ) Contractor Shall Be Responsible For Safety , Security And Upkeep Of Installation As Per Mes Standards For Installation . ( E ) Contractor Shall Provide Operator At The Rate Of Three Shifts A Day I . E . ( I ) 1St Shift - 0600Hrs To 1400 Hrs ( Ii ) 2Nd Shift -1400 Hrs To 2200 Hrs ( Iii ) 3Rd Shift - 2200 Hrs To 0600 Hrs ( F ) Contractor Shall Put Up Every Month Intearaction With Opertor Register To Engr-In-Charge And Ge ( G ) Duty Roster For One Month Will Be Prepared In Advance And Displayed At Prominent Places In Installations And Water Supply Yard To Include Names , Shifts And Residential Address , Contact Number Etc . Operator Reserve For Leave/Sickness Etc Shall Also Be Provided And Dispalyed On Duty Roster / Register . ( H ) Contractor Shall Stop Leakage From Glands Or Coupling Joints Etc In The Pump House Premises , . . ( J ) Contractor Shall Ensure Through Operator For Day To Day Upkeep And Check Of Pumping Set As Per Manufacturers Instructions And Carry Out Minor Repairs Of Following Nature By Own Arrangement To The Satisfaction And Direction Of Engr In Charge :- ( I ) Glands ( Ii ) Greasing ( Iii ) Dusting Of Plant & Machinery . ( Iv ) Weeding/ Rooting Out Grass Roots , Vegetation Etc . ( V ) Contractor Shall Carry Out Pre Monsoon Maintenance Of Pumps To The Satisfication Of Engr-In-Charge . ( Vi ) Dhpp ( N ) Will Be Supplied By The Department ( Vii ) Log Sheet Of Dg Set As Well As Pump Should Be Provided By The Contractor & To Be Employed By The Contractor Maintained By The Operator Employed By Contractor . ( K ) Contractor Shall Ensure Through Operator Running Of Chloronome Plant Or Bleaching Dozer Including Maintaining Chlorination At 2 Ppm By Operation Of Chlorination Valve . Chlorine Testing Kit Shall Be Provided By The Contractor & Rates Are Deemed To Be Included In The Quoted Rate . ( L ) Chlorinated Water Shall Be Supplied To Overhead Tank Through Operation Of Valve Provided At Site . ( M ) Water Supply & Pumping Distribution Timings Are As Under :- ( I ) Water Supply To Oh Tank And Operation Of Pump 0300 Hrs To 0900 Hrs 1100 Hrs To 1500 Hrs 1500 Hrs To 2200 Hrs ( Ii ) Distribution Timing 0600 Hrs To 0800 Hrs 1200 Hrs To 1300 Hrs 1800 Hrs To 2000 Hrs ( Iii ) Any Change Shall Be Notified By Engr-In-Charge And Adhered To By Operator ( Q ) Log Sheet Provided At Pump House Shall Be Maintained And Handing/Taking Between Continuous Operator Shall Be Done Correctly As Per Norm Of Mes . ( R ) Emergencies Shall Be Notified To Engr In Charge/Je/Mcm . Routine Operation Should Be Under Supervison Of Mcm Designated By Engr-In-Charge . ( S ) Contractor Shall Cutting The Roots / Grass Sorrounding Pump House Area Every Month And Is Check Off To Je E/M/ Engr-In Charge ( T ) If Any Opertor Found Absent In Duty Rs 1500/- Will Be Deducting Per Shift
