Dismantling of Heat Exchanger (E-7605) from the platform after disconnecting the pipelines and removal of the end cups of it by de-bolting the cup flanges etc. Removal of all tubes [164 tubes of ASTM SA-179, 25.4 mm OD, 5000 mm long and 2.00mm thk] from the tube sheets; Re-tubing with new tubes and Expansion/flaring of tubes; Pedestal repair works; Testing; Painting etc., as per the as-built Drawing No:1722571 R, and finally installing it back to the original position.
