    Supply Of Oxygen Generatoroxygen Generator, Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Pressure Swing Absorption ( Psa ) Oxygen Generation Plant , Capacity - 500 Litres Per / Minute ( Lpm ) For Medical Purpose At Divisional Railway Hospital, Bhopal As Per Detailed Specification Attached At Annexure-A Along With Two Years Warranty And Five Years Cmc / Cmoc After Warranty. ( 1 ) Firm Is Required To Quote All Inclusive Rate In Their Bid. However, They Must Also Give Break-Up Of Rate I.E. For Oxygen Generation Plant, Installation Charges And 05 Years Amc, In A Separate Sheet, As Per Attached Annexure-B. Firm Must Also Quote For Optional Items Mentioned In Annexure-B, Without Fail. ( 2 ) Lowest Offer ( L-1 ) Will Be Decided On The Basis Of Total Combined Rate Plant, Installation Charges Along With 05 Years Amc Charges ( As Per Annexure-B ) . ( 3 ) Firm Must Submit Relevant Iso Certificates Along With Offer. ( 4 ) Only Oems Of Oxygen Generation Plant Should Quote In This Tender. Authorized Dealers Must Quote Along With Tender Specific Authorization From Oem. ( 5 ) Offer Without Installation / Commissioning Charges And Amc Shall Be Summarily Rejected. ( 6 ) Firm Should Explicitly Mention The Make / Brand Of The Plant Offered. ( 7 ) Firm Must Submit Past Supply Performance Of Same Item Installed In Reputed Institutions / Hospitals Within The Past 03 Years From The Date Of This Tender Opening, Failing Which, Offer Will Be Rejected. ( 8 ) The Entire Installation Must Carry A Warranty Of 02 Years ( Including Spares ) . Amc Will Start After Completion Of Warranty Period. ( 9 ) Atleast, 03 Railway Hospital Staff Has To Be Trained Suitably By Firm Regarding Complete Operating Procedures Of The Plant. ( 10 ) Irs Conditions Of Contract Along With Latest Amendments Will Apply In This Supply Contract.
