Tender For One Time Repairing, Servicing Of Dg Set At Te Nani Daman 1 Attending the DG with minor material, arranging service battery, 5 ltrs diesel for identification of fault & rectification of minor fault of non functioning of the E/A set i/c removing air lock, checking of the DG electrical panel, alternator, power connection, battery charger, AVR, other faults etc as reqd. ( Note : Major item will be paid separately as per separate agreement item or extra item. ) 2 Carry out of B check of the following capacity DG set of various make i/c replacement of lube oil, element type lube oil filter/screw type lube oil filter, set of fuel filter, air filter, tightening of all nut bolts for arresting all king of leakages cleaning of the air filter, Tapped setting adding distilled water in the battery, checking of the battery etc as reqd. 2 a 30 KVA - Ashok Leyland 3 Supplying & fixing of the SMPS type electronic Battery Charger of below capacity for all capacity DG set i/c making connection etc as reqd. 3 a 12 volts, 10 Amps 4 Repairing of the SMPS type / transformer type Battery Charger of below capacity i/c making connection etc as reqd. 4 a 12 volts, 10 Amps 5 Providing & topping up of recommended grade lubricating engine oil complete as required. 6 Replacement of lubricating oil filter for various capacity DG set complete as required. 6 a 15 to 32.5 KVA 7 Reparing & servicing of the Self starter upto 320 KVA capcity E/A set with supplying & Fixing of the following parts dismentalling & refixing at site etc as reqd. 7 a Brushes & Spring 7 b Penion 9 / 11 teeth. 7 c Solenoid relay 7 d Starting relay (Lucas) 8 Calibration of the fuel pump & nozzle from the authorised workshop of Mico dealer dismantling & refixing etc as reqd. 8 a For 2 to 3 Cylinder pump & Nozzle 9 Supplying & fixing of the following parts of E/A set of various make & model but without labour charges, credit of non returning of unserviseble material etc as reqd. 9 a Metallic Breaded fuel pipeaof required length with two sided banjo bolts or one sided banjo bolts and other sided threaded nut. 9 b 3 way banjo pipe 9 c V Belt set 9 d Stop solonide of 5 Kg pressure (Original make of Manufacturers) 10 Supplying & fixing of the electrical components in the E/A set panel i/c labour charges etc as reqd. 10 1 Pla relay with base 12 volt DC 8/11pin 10 2 Pla relay with base 240 volt AC 8/11 pin 10 3 DC Volt meter 72mmX 72mm 10 4 DC A meter 72mm X 72mm 10 5 AC volt meter 72mm X 72mm 10 6 AC ameter 72mm x72mm 10 7 Digital Hour meter with connection at alternator 10 8 LED type indication lamp with voltage indication ( Red or Yellow or Green ) 10 9 HRC fuse HN type 6 Amp 10 10 Glass fuse 2 Amp 11 Replacement of universal static electronic type solid state AVR suitable for 1 phase / 3 phase alternator of below capacity, credit of old unit i/c connecting etc as reqd. 11 a up to 110 KVA 12 Servicing/ Repairing of the radiator with water i/c removing the coolent of the radiator Cleaning the radiator with cleaning solvent & adding the distilled water & recommended make coolant in the radiator testing checking the leakages for all capacities Engine etc as reqd. 13 Servicing & arresting leakages of the fuel tank pulling out the fuel tank from the E/A set canopy & take to the welding workshop carrying out pressure water servicing to clean the fuel tank. i/c transportation & re fixing etc as reqd. Note :- Credit of replaced / un serviceable / faulty items shall be included in the all above items of S.H. -II . No separate recovery shall be made for the replaced items .
