The different extruded aluminum section provided with Top trim of D shape of 60 mm width on three side with self locking provision of sections .The PVC caps /covers of same colors are used on ends, L shape joineries, T shape joineries and four way joineries, depends on layout of partition. For the joining of partition modules in L shape the semicircular 68mm vertical section is used at joinery and for T shape placement of modules 60mm vertical T cover is used at joinery. All extruded aluminum section used in partition are well powder coated with 70-80 micron powder coating of approved shade. The partitions are also provided with PVC levelers on brackets fitted on bottom of side bars which allow 14mm adjustment for unevenness of floor.Worktop of 25mm thick pre-laminated medium density fiber/particle board of Action Tessa/ Greenlam make and all the exposed edges provided with machine pressed 0.8mm thick PVC edge bands glued with hot melt EVA glue. The side made of 18mm pre-laminated medium density fiber/particle board of Action Tessa/Greenlam make and having attachment for fixing of work station to the modular partition and each workstation provided with Drawer unit size 450x500x735 made of 18 mm pre-laminated medium density fiber/particle board of Action Tessa/Greenlam make of interior grade of approved shade, all panels of unit are inter connected with rastex , dowel and sockets (of Hettich make) having three drawers(two box drawers of std. size and one file drawer) fitted on ball telescopic full extension channels ,with centre locking system(lock of Hettich make).The drawers are provided 96mm SS handles.
