Tender For Pre-Fabricated Canopies At Retail Outlets Under South Central Zone - Standing Rate Contract -Supplying, transporting, fabricating, erecting in position in position of Pre- fabricated steel structures at all elevations for Canopy using structural steel sections ISMB/ISMC/ISA conforming to IS:2062 and IS 226 , including cutting, welding or bolting, supply of bolts/nuts/washers etc., complete as per drawings including surface preparation and applying one coat of Zinc Phosphate Primer before erection, one coat after erection and two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per specification after erection and all materials and labour complete. ( No welding is permitted at site). The rate quoted shall include cost of bolts, nuts, washers, welding and electrodes and any other consumables required for completing the work. Nut bolts shall not be considered for payment.Theoretical wight of steel sections shall be considered for payment..(.(No measurement shall be taken for nut,bolt,washer splice plate & gusset plate), Supply and fixing Clippon Roofing System:Roofing base material should be of cold rolled steel of 0.55 mm thick and conform to ASTM:A 446 having yield stress of 275 MPA . The coating should be Aluminum and Zinc alloy comprising 55% Al , 43.5 Zinc & 1.5 % Silicon , as per ASTM :A 792 . The coating mass should not be less than 150 Gms per SqM (total of both sides). For, bare galvalume, TCT should not be less than 0.55 mm . Sheets shall have approved side laps with top sheets facing away from the prevailing weather. Necessary profiled filler box should be provided at higher level of roof sheeting and at valley gutter to ensure water tightness in the profiled gaps . The fixing of roofing shall be done in such a manner that the roof is not drilled / punctured for fixing with the purlins .Refer to the approved makes given in the Attachment. Flashings, Cappings and trims:These shall be formed out of same substrates as that of the roofing sheets and shall be supplied in standard lengths of 2.5 M in the required shapes and girths and fixed by means of hex-head mechanically galvanized stitching screws. Silicon sealant non-hardening neutral cure type shall be applied at all laps to avoid water seepage, Providing & fixing false ceiling system of Trac 150 F exterior grade or approved equivalent of 0.5mm thick galvanised steel with stove enameled coil coated finish inter locking ceiling panels, carriers, suspension system and edge closure as per the following specification. Supplying and installation of exterior grade 150 F ceiling system comprising of 150 mm x 17 mm deep panels roll formed out of 0.5 mm galvanised steel with stove enameled coil coated finish. The panels shall be pre-treated and coil coated on one side in manufacturers standard colour shades as approved by the Architect/ Engineer in charge. The rear side of the panel shall be given a coat of primer and a wash coat while the finished side shall be given a coat of primer and finish colour coat in polyster paint for a min. dry film thickness of 20 microns, fixed on to the roll formed carriers 34.5 mm x 488 mm deep out of 6 mm thick Galvanised steed with prongs to hold panels in the module of 150 mm at maximum 1.2 mts. C/C. The carriers to be suspended from roof truss by rigid suspension angles as per manufacturers recommendation. Panels shall be supplied in custom length upto maximum of 5 mts. Job also includes providing ceiling flashing using factory formed 0.5 mm thick Polyster coated galvanised steel material. Rate shall be including providing flashing to cover gap if any between illuminated banding and false ceiling, Supplying and fixing 20 SWG GI sheet facia including painting with one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of 1 st quality synthetic enamel paint on front side . Necessary facia framework for fastening the sheet to the canopy securely shall be paid separately, 80 W LED Fitting as mentioned in IS standards IS 16101 to 16107:Supply and fixing of 80 W LED housed by Single piece Pressure Die Cast Aluminum body, recess mountable fitting with guaranteed burning hours of 50000 .Make Philips/Havells/Bajaj/Wipro/Osram/Crompton/GE/Bever Innovations. IP Protection of minimum IP 65 and above, suitable for canopy lighting at retail outlets (Petrol station) .The bidder should submit copy of certified photometric report as per IESNA LM-79(Approved method for the Electrical and Photometric Measurements of Solid-State Lighting Products) from a UL/ ERTL /ERDA or any NABL accredited laboratory to validate the photometric claims as & when asked by HPC. A minimum 3 years warranty from manufacturing defects for the luminaire by manufacturer.i) With high lumen efficacy LEDs from CREE, Seoul SemiConductor, Lumiled Philips, Osram, Nichia (Japan), Tridonic (Austria), GE and Bridgelux . Efficiency of more than 90 lumens per watt .
