    Supply of drugs / disposables / Consumables for CH (WC) Chandimandir , gen med , ag collagen matrix dressing with silver is an advanced wound care dressing made of collagen , sodium alginate , carboxylmethylcellulose ( cmc ) , ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid ( edta ) and silver chloride . 5 x 5 cm , consists of a soft polyethylene ( pe ) wound contact layer , a polyurethane ( pu ) foam with super absorbent polymer ( sap , polyacrylate ) which provides excellent fluid absorption , and a non- woven fiber top layer fluid repellent nonwoven backing 20x20 cm , consists of a soft polyethylene ( pe ) wound contact layer , a polyurethane ( pu ) foam with superabsorbent polymer ( sap , polyacrylate ) which provides excellent fluid absorption , and a non-woven fiber top layer fluid-repellent nonwoven backing 15 x 15 cm , composed of an absorbent hydrocolloid matrix that has a hydrocolloid border laminated onto a breathable polyurethane film backing . the hydrocolloid matrix rapidly absorbs exudate to form a cohesive gel , while the breathable polyurethane film backing provides a consistently high rate of moisture vapor transmission 15 x 15 cm , composed of ab absorbent hydrocolloid matrix that has a hydrocolloid border laminated onto a breathable polyurethane film backing . the hydrocolloid matrix rapidly absorbs exudate to form a cohesive gel , while the breathable polyurethane film backing provides a consistently high rate of moisture vapor transmission 10x10 cm , clear antimicorbial clear silicone adhesive securement dressing with chlorhexidine and silver is used to cover and protect insertion sites , and secure devices to skin ( notch dressing ) 10 x 12 cm , absorbent , bacteria proof , self-adherent silicone border dressing designed for the management of a wide range of exuding wounds , such as post-operative wounds , abrasions , blisters and skin tear 10 x 10 cm
