Electrical Repair Works On Sci Kundan , Installation , Testing And Commissioning Of Frcs Davit Motor Control Panels-2 Nos: Removal Of Old Terminated Cables From Switch Boards ( Msb & Esb ) To The Existing Control Panels And New Cables Are To Be Laid From Both Msb And Esb To The Newly Installed Control Panels By Terminating On The Both Ends With Cable Lugs , Cable Glands , Cable Ties , Ferrules Etc Through Proper Routing , Securing Including Fabrication And Fitment Of New Platform On Both Port And Starboard Side And Fitment Of The New Motor Control Panels , Remote Control Panels , Pushbutton Stations By Removal Of Old / Existing Panels ( Cable Laying As Per Enclosed Drawing ) . The Existing Spare Breakers In Main Switchboard ( Msb ) To Be Replaced With New Breakers Mccbs Of 100Af / 100At And The Existing Breakers In Emergency Switchboard ( Esb ) Are To Be Replaced With New Breakers ( Mccb ) Of 100Af / 30At For The Two Frcs Located On Port And Starboard Side . Suitable Modification On The Switchboards To Be Carried Out On The Busbar , Panel , Door Etc During Installation Of The New Breakers And Its Details Of The New Breakers To Be Installed As Per The Enclosed Drawings . ( All Materials I . E Mccbs And Any Other Material Required For Modification Of Bus Bars In Msb Are In Contractor Scope ) , Installation , Testing And Commissioning Of New Cargo Pumps Control Panels - 2 Nos: The Cables Has To Be Laid From The Msb To The Corresponding Cargo Pump Motor , Control Panels ( 02 Nos ) And To The Motors In Pump Room By Removing The Existing Laid Cables & Control Panel Along With Installation Of New Motor Control Panels , Remote Control Panels , Pushbutton Stations Through Proper Routing And Cables Are To Be Terminated On The Both Ends With Cable Lugs , Cable Glands , Cable Ties , Ferrules Etc Msb To Main Motor Control Panel At Cargo Pump Room .
