    Providing And Fixing Premium Aluminium-Zinc Coated Steel (Galvalume) Sheets(Size Shape And Pitch Of Corrugation As Approved By Engineer-In-Charge) 0.45Mm Total Coated Thickness With Zinc Coating 275 Grams Per Sqm As Per Is 277 In 550Mpasteel Grade, 5-7 Microns Acrylic Coating ( Hexavalent/ Trivalent) On Both Sides Of The Sheets And Polyestor Top 15-18 Microns. Sheets Hould Have A Protected Gurad Film Of 25 Microns Minimum To Avoid Scratches During Transportation And Should Have Supplied In Single Length Upto 12 Metre Or As Desired By Engineer-In-Charge. The Sheet Shall Be Fixed With Self Drilling / Self Tapping Screws Of Size (5.5 X 55Mm) With Epdm Seal, Complete Upto Any Pitch In Horizantal / Vertical Or Curved Surfaced, Excluding The Cost Of Purlin, Rafters And Trusses Including Cutting To Size And Shape Wherever Required. Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : i) Two or more coats on new work
