    Tender Details

    Tender For Pmc Services For Installation Of Gtc At Gail, Gandhar Tender Document For Composite Works For Installation Of Gas Turbine Driven Centrifugal Compressor And Associated Facilities At Gail Gandhar On Open Domestic Competitive Bidding Basis. Major activities include Installation of GT Compressor and other Mechanical Equipments along with Associated facilities including Civil and Structural, architectural, Electrical and Instrumentation, fabrication and Installation of Piping system, Integration of new facilities with the existing facilities of the plant. Pre-commissioning & commissioning of all new system. Construction of MCC Electrical building for GTC Compressor, Sheds etc. Above works includes Supply (as defined in scope of supply), installation, testing & commissioning of all materials, as per the Schedule of Rates, specifications, standards, drawings/ addendums included in the Bid Document and AFC drawings. Evacuation and inertization of existing 42” dia. DVPL-I, 48” dia. DVPL-II, 18” dia. Gandhar- Jhanore & 12” dia. Gandhar- Jhanore pipeline/ pipeline sections as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge including supply of all consumables, nitrogen etc. Modifications at Samni, Vemar & NTPC Jhanore pipeline terminals. Site Work Locations – GAIL Gandhar, Vemar, Samni , Jhanore. Contractor to note that all Equipments Associated with Vemar, Jhanore and Samni shall be stored at GAIL Gandhar. Contractor has to do the transportation of Equipments to respective stations when required. (For more details, refer Technical Part)
