The instrument should be suitable for testing the CBs up to 400kV as per applicable standards and testing procedure for circuit breaker. It should be operated through laptop to be supplied alongwith. The test data should be automatically saved in laptop after test. The kit should confirm to detailed technical specifications as per Annexure-I including accessories.n 3 Portable CT -PT analyser instrument set of OMICRON/Megger Make suitable for precise measurement of CT Turn Ratio, Polarity, Knee point voltage, Secondary winding resistance, Demagnetization, Burden, insulation resistance etc. upto 400kV Class CTs,ring type CTs mounted in Bus ducts & turret assembly in power transformers and recators; PT Turns Ratio, Winding resistance, polarity, saturation, short circuit impedance test, Insulation Resistance & CVT Ratio, phase deviation. It should be operated through laptop to be supplied alongwith. The test data should be automatically saved in laptop after test.The kit should confirm to detailed technical specifications as per Annexure-II including accessories. 4 Portable Gas Dew Point & Oil Moisture (PPM) Meter of Vaisala/WIKA make suitable for online measurement of Moisture (Dew point in °C, PPMv, PPMw) of Gas in gas insulated EHV equipment and Transformer oil using 02 Nos. different Probes to be supplied alongwith in live switchyard up to 765 KV level, as per IEC 60376 & CIGRE B3.02.01. The instrument should have a range of at least -70 to +30 degC with a resolution of 1degC and accuracy of ±2°C for Dew Point and 0 to 100 ppm with a resolution of 1 ppm for moisture in oil. The kit should confirm to detailed technical specifications as per Annexure-III including accessories.
