The AC units/Water Cooler will be handed over to the agency on as it is where it is bases for servicing and comprehensive maintenance. The firm is advised to visit the site, before quoting the rates. All the above units were functional last year, nothing extra shall be paid for above items for making the units fully functional, testing and commissioning complete as reqd.\n(Note:- The contractor is required to complete the servicing & repairing of all Air Conditioning equipments within a period of one month and submit the record to the department.
