SPRINKLER ZONE VALVES 115MM -07 NOS FIRE LINE TO SPRINKLER 100 MM N/R GLOBE VALVE DRAIN VALVE - 50 MM GLOBE TANK GAUGE GLASS THREE NOS & COCKS TO OVERHAUL AND GLASS TO CLEAN. CONSIDER 10 NOS FLEXIBLE HOSE ( STEEL WIRE BRAIDED )FROM SPRINKLER HEAD TO SPRINKLER MAIN LINE TO RENEW AS PER SAMPLE. (material contractor scope) AFTER REPAIR /OVERHAULING SYSTEM VALVES COMPLETE HYDROPHORE TO SPRINKLER HEAD TO FILL UP WITH WATER .INDIVIDUAL SECTIONS (07 - ZONES) TO BE PURGED FROM TOP MOST POINTS .SYSTEM PRESSURE IN SPRINKLER ROOM AND BRIDGE CONSOLE TO CHECK . SECTION WISE ALARMS OF ALL ZONES TO SIMULATE ALARMS IN BRIDGE PANEL SEA WATER P/P START AT 5 BAR SYSTEM LOW PRESSURE AT 7.5 BAR LOW PRESSURE ALARMS IN E C R &BRIDGE LOW WATER LEVEL ALARM IN E C R &BRIDGE SYSTEM TO CHECK UNDER PRESSURE AND ANY LEAKAGE TO RECTIFY All valves to be fitted back with new packing, joints,damaged gland studs,nuts and bolts.( All Materilal - contractor supply). Post Lapping, If required, Valve seats and lids to be machined . Pressure testing to be shown. Epoxy coating to be done in inner parts of valve. (all material contractor scope)
