( Iii ) Night Shift : 2200 Hrs To 0600 Hrs , Refrigerator Mechanic- 01 No . , Note For Srl No . 1 . 01 To 1 . 03 Contractor Shall Keep The Following Aspects In Mind While Quoting Unit Rates And Rates Quoted Shall Be Deemed To Be Involving The Following:- ( A ) Operator Should Be Holding Iti Certificate Or 5 Years Experience Of Relative Field For Operating Pumps , Ac Plant , Where Dispute Exists , The Operators Qualification / Performance Will Be Assessed By Engr- In- Chargeand The Decision Shall Be Binding On Contractor ( B ) Operator Should Not Be More Than 60 Years Of Age And Should Not Be Deriving Pension From Any Govt / Semi Govt Or Public Sector Undertaking . Any Disputes Will Be At Discretion Of Ge And Decision Shall Be Binding On Contractor . ( C ) Operator Shall Possess Police Verification Certificate . ( D ) Contractor Shall Be Responsible For Safety , Security And Upkeep Of Installation As Per Mes Standards For Installation . ( E ) Duty Roster For One Month Will Be Prepared In Advance And Displayed At Prominent Places In Installations And Water Supply Yard To Include Names , Shifts And Residential Address , Contact Number Etc . No Operator Shall Be Employed In Continuous Shift And Duty Roster To Include Rest Day For Each Operator As Per Factories Act On Every Seventh Day Will Be Prepared . Operator Reserve For Leave / Sickness Etc Shall Also Be Provided And Displayed On Duty Roster / Register . ( F ) Contractor Shall Stop Leakage From Gland , Coupling Joints Etc In Cooling Tower , Ac Plant Permises , ( G ) Contractor Shall Ensure Through Operator For Day To Day Upkeep And Check Of Ac Plant As Per Manufacturers Instructions And Carry Out Minor Repairs Of Following Nature By Own Arrangement To The Satisfaction And Direction Of Engineer In Charge:- ( I ) Checking Of Refrigerant Gas R-134 A / R 408 / R22 ( Ii ) Checking Of Lubricant Oil ( Iii ) Checking Of Compressor Oil ( Iv ) Contractor Shall Carry Out Periodically Ac Plant Maint Under His Charge To The Satisfaction Of Engineer-In-Charge ( H ) Any Change Shall Be Notified By Engineer In Charge And Adhered To By Operator . ( I ) Sample Of Log Sheet Shall Be Obtained From Engineer-In-Charge And After Getting Printed , The Same Shall Be Used / Maintained At The Expenses Of Contractor And Handing / Taking Between Continuous Operator Shall Be Done Correctly As Per Norms Of Mes . ( J ) Emergencies Shall Be Notified To Engineer In Charge / Je / Mcm . Routine Operation Should Be Under Supervison Of Mcm Designated By Engineer In Charge .

4	1.03	U/G SIGNAL CENTRE AC PLANT:-\nOutsourcing for operation and Comprehensive maintenance of central type AC plant round the clock comprising of compressors, Shell & tube type condersers, Mono block pumping sets control valves, Air Handling Unit, Heaters,Ducts and Electric Panel in two shifts (2 Nos compressor working at a time for each plant) & maintaining the daily log sheets, operation of plant shall be of 24 hours Round the clock in three shifts complete all as specified and as directed. \nNote :- \n(a) No. of Shifts = 1005 Shifts\n(b) The plants shall be manned by the contracor's employed tradesmen round the clock in three shifts with one operator per shift and the shifts timing are as under:-\n(i) Day Shift : 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, Refrigerator Mechanic-01 No.\n(ii) Evening Shift : 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs, Refrigerator Mechanic- 01 No.\n(iii) Night Shift : 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs, Refrigerator Mechanic- 01 No.
5	2	Note for Srl No. 1.01 to 1.03 \nContractor shall keep the following aspects in mind while quoting unit rates and rates quoted shall be deemed to be involving the following:-\n(a) Operator should be holding ITI certificate or 5 years experience of relative field for operating pumps, AC Plant, Where dispute exists, the operator's qualification/performance will be assessed by Engr- in- Chargeand the decision shall be binding on contractor \n(b) Operator should not be more than 60 years of age and should not be deriving pension from any Govt/semi Govt or public sector undertaking.Any disputes will be at discretion of GE and decision shall be binding on contractor.\n(c) Operator shall possess police verification certificate.\n(d) Contractor shall be responsible for safety, security and upkeep of installation as per MES standards for installation.\n(e) Duty roster for one month will be prepared in advance and displayed at prominent places in installations and water supply yard to include names, shifts and residential address, contact Number etc. No operator shall be employed in continuous shift and duty roster to include rest day for each operator as per Factories Act on every seventh day will be prepared. Operator reserve for leave/sickness etc shall also be provided and displayed on duty roster / register.\n(f) Contractor shall stop leakage from gland, coupling joints etc in Cooling tower, AC plant permises
6	2.01	(g) Contractor shall ensure through operator for day to day upkeep and check of AC plant as per manufacturers instructions and carry out minor repairs of following nature by own arrangement to the satisfaction and direction of Engineer in Charge:-\n(i) Checking of Refrigerant Gas R-134 A / R 408 / R22\n(ii) Checking of Lubricant oil\n(iii) Checking of Compressor oil \n(iv) Contractor shall carry out periodically AC plant maint under his charge to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge\n(h) Any change shall be notified by Engineer in Charge and adhered to by operator.\n(i) Sample of log sheet shall be obtained from Engineer-in-Charge and after getting printed, the same shall be used/maintained at the expenses of contractor and handing/taking between continuous operator shall be done correctly as per norms of MES.\n(j) Emergencies shall be notified to Engineer in Charge/JE/MCM. Routine operation should be under supervison of MCM designated by Engineer in Charge.\n
