||Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank ( independent staging)including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Thecleaning shall consist following operations:-(i)Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of slit andother deposits.(ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc.and pressure washed with water.(iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall beremoval from the surface.(v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction ofEngineer-in-Charge.

||Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-30 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in -charge. ||Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. laying second layer of fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. ||Providing and applying crystalline mortar by mixing in the ratio of 4.5 : 1 (4.5 partscrystalline mortar : 1 part water) for the treatment of faulty construction joints, cracks,tie rod holes and spalled & honeycombed surface of RCC underground structureslike basement, water tanks, bridge deck etc. to ensure water tightness. The crystalliemortar shall conform to the EN 1504-3 having compressive strength Class R4 (?45MPa) and adhesive bond strength Class R3 (?1.5 MPa). The work shall be carried outall complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. Theproduct performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.For sealing cracks and faulty construction joints, routed out/making U-shape groovesize 25x25mm and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/runningmeter and while the surface is tacky filled the groove upto surface with crystallinemortar @1.50kg/running meter. Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally appliedtwo coats of integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running meter per coat.
