    Procurement Of Dgms Approved Digital Methanometer For Under Ground Mines Of Kanhan Area , Dgms Approved Digital Methanometer :The Details Specification As Under :-1 . Dgms Approved Methanometer /Explosive Meter/ Digital Methane Detector Of Use In Underground Coal Mines With Rechargeable Battery Ad Charger . 2 . Measuring Range : 0 . 5% ( Volume ) And Should Be Above To Measure A Minimum Of 0 . 1% By Volume Of Methane In Air . 3 . The Instruments Should Be Portable Light Weight , Hand Held Intrinsically Safe For Use In Underground Mines For Determination Of Percentage Of Methane ( Ch4 ) In The General Body Of Air . 4 . The Measurement Should Be Continuous With Digital Display With Both Audio And Visual Alarm . The Instrument Must Be Suitable For Use In Underground Coal Mines Environment . 5 . Temperature : 5-50 Degree , 6 . Relative Humidity : Up To 90% ( Non Condensing ) . 7 . The Instruments Should Have Facility For Connecting Probe To Allow Measurement At Inaccessible Areas Of Mine Dgms Approval Number Shall Be Marked On Every Ch4 Detector/ Methano Meter . 8 . All Other Parameters Of The Instruments Should Be As Per Dgms Approval . 9 . Valid Dgms Approval Should Be Submitted Along With Offer/Supplies .
