The system shall consist of hydraulic automatic spike barrier of nominal length 4 meters made of AISI 304 galvanized steel, spike having a nominal dia of 25mm, height of 450mm, width 500mm, spacing between spikes of 100mm, at an angle of 60 deg. suitable to work on 230V (1-Phase) / 415V (3-Phase) 50Hz AC supply along with all other accessories like provision of Manual operation during power off, Hydraulic Power Pack/Unit with accumulator, safety interlock detector, Self priming sump pump for draining water, control and logic circuit in a weather proof enclosure with provision for integrating with external Access control system like loop detectors, crash pads etc. if any, with an Axle load bearing capacity of Road/Base plate of 20 tons etc. including all accessories, supply & laying of cables in suitable HDPE/DWC/GI Pipes (upto 30 Meter), connections, interconnections, civil foundation work, cutting the roads fixing the Tyre killers, concrete work etc. complete as per technical specifications of contract and work specifications complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
