    Supply Of , Special Purpose Gang Jacking System With Traversing Base For Lifting Of Track Maintenance Machines I.E, Duomat, Unimat, Brm, Frm, Bcm, Utv, Csm, And 3X And Other Machines Of Capacity 50 Ton Lifting Height 650Mm Each Set Should Consists Of 4+1 Jacks And Set Should Consist Of Following Material: 1. (4+1) Nos. Of Single Acting Threaded Ram Lock Nut Type Hydraulic Jacks, Chrome Plated Body For Corrosion Resistance Of 50 Ton - 5 Nos. 2. Special Purpose 5 Hp Electric Motor Operated Hydraulic Power Pack With Wheels For Moving The Power Pack With 2 Nos. Rdcv For Controlling The Jacks With All Standard Accessories And Attachments, Hoses Length- 20-25 Mts For Each Jack( 5 No S), Quick Release Coupling With Dust Caps, Pressure Gauge With Adaptor Stop Cocks, Relief Valves Etc.- -01 Set 3. Traversing Base With Travel 300 Mm And It Should Easily Operated With Torque Wrench -04 Nos 4. Test Certificate And 1 Year Guarantee Should Be Provided 5. On Site Commissioning To Be Done And Training Should Be Given To Railway Technician For 2 Days Regarding Operations And Safety Locking Procedure And Etc Similar To Model No. Rc-Vst 50/650(G4) With Vtb And Vhhp5 Of Vankos Make.
