13 13 Weathercoat PU Roof Coat Berger Make :- Water based LiquidMembrane One component liquid, solvent free, cold applied waterproofing membrane, compliance with ASTM D 6083-97a. Surface Preparation:-\n1) Clean the surface by removing Dust/Slurry and all creepers first with Wire brush then air blower and with Clean water. Ensure removal of algae or fungi from the surface. Surface must be free from dust, dirt, loose portions, oil, grease, efflorescence, old coatings etc. cleaning shall be done thoroughly. 2) In case any cracks which is less than 5mm use home shield crack fill paste and in case of crack more than 5mm treat with polymer modified mortar (Cutting V groove and pouring cement mortar mixed with Advance Latex Plus). 3) Apply 2 Coats of latex shield 2K (with the 6 Hrs Gap between each coat). Application of HS PU RoofKoat: Polyurethane based elastomeric waterproofing coating. a) Application of 1st coat of HS PU Roof Koat 50% water dilution prime coat over prepared surface. b) Application of 2nd coat of HS PU Roof Koat (without dilution) over primed surface (once primer become dry, preferably after 2-3hrs).c) Application of 20 gsm geotextile fleece over 2nd coat on wet condition so that it sticks properly. Overlapping of 50 mm to bemaintained. d) Application of 3rd coat of PU Roof Koat (without dilution) over geo textile fleeced surface (coat interval 6 hours) and allow the coating to be fully cured.\n 300 Sqm
