However, the major repairs, replacements, overhauling, gas charging, topping-up oil etc are not included in the scope of the above items.\n(iv) To keep necessary documentation duly signed by all the concerned. \n(v) To hand over the entire plant in serviceable condition at the time of completion (vi) Contractor shall submit the details of payment of wages for staff employed through Aadhaar linked bank accounts for payment purpose. 5 5 M & L for dismantling condenser connections for descaling, plugging them and providing 15 mm bore tee outlet for local circulation of mild acid solution in the condenser (separate container and small pump set to circulate mild acid solution shall be used). The PH value of solution shall be 4 and it shall be checked frequently i.e. every 1 hour during the operation. The Scalgun WS solution or equivalent solution as approved by the GE shall be used for discaling purpose. After 2 to 3 hours of cleaning, if the PH value remains less than 7, flush with fresh water added with sodium carbonate. After above process, the end covers shall be opened and condenser tubes shall be cleaned with Nylon brush, subsequently after closing the end covers, circulate mild acid solution as specified above and PH value shall be maintained as above, flushing the same with fresh water including recharging of stored refrigerant upto required pressure complete all as specified and directed for AC Plant of condensor 3 x 75 TR capacity (NAD Missarmine).\nNotes: The quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements :-\n(a) The solution shall be warmed upto 35 Degree Celsius.\n(b) During the entire process of cleaning, the PH value of water shall be 7.\n(c) Provision of solution for descaling, rubber gaskets, washers, nuts, bolts etc as directed. 3 Each Job
