Steel Roofing Trough 2400mm long made out of 2mm thick @ 36kg each with tolerance -2% to + 5 %, hot rolled carbon steel sheet confirming to IS specification with 16 Nos 12mm dia long bolt, machine made (heavy duty complete threaded with one nut and two washers of 30mm outer diameter and 3mm thick, per bolt, per SRT. The overall width of SRT shall be 613mm and height shall be 180mm. The shape of SRT shall be regular and angle of bending shall be maintained properly. 65 mm thick bullet resistant glass for Loop Holes with iron frame incl necessary arrangements will be made in the frame to fix the glass in the loop holes. The frame will be pre painted with two coats of red oxide primer of approved make. Frame of Bullet Resistant glass will be made of 1 & 5mm thick MS sheet as per sample approved. The rear side of glass will be covered using 01 No transparent polycarbonate sheet of 1.25mm thickness. The glass should not have any perforation or crack against 3 rounds fire of AK-47/SLR of Caliber 7.62 mm from range of 10 M (as per testing norms). The glass will be of same specification as approved in the sample.
