Oursourcing of services for safiawala/sweeper (dry & wet) at the office of GE (AF) Phalodi, Sub-divisions and including MES installation under GE (AF) Phalodi, from 8.00 AM to 4.00 PM for Two persons/per day employing per day as required, daily cleaning/ sweeping and mopping of floors, toilets, cleaning of walls, ceiling, courtyard, parking area, drains, blockages, etc. and cleaning/disinfection of toilets, washrooms and all wet places including sanitary fittings like cleaning of WCs, WHBs, sinks and all traps sewage blockage manholes including re-arranging of furniture after cleaning & cleaning of doors, windows, wondow panes, removal of cob webs, as directed by the officer-in-charge, deployng complete all as specified and directed.\nNote:- Broom, Bukets, Dustbins, Disinfactant, the phenyl acids, Napthalene balls, cakes mopers, cleanimg agent like Vim ditergents and materials Turpentine oil and Hand sanitizer with cloths dusters as and when required basis etc shall be provided by the Contractor.

Outsourcing of services for Carpenter in Air Force Area Station under GE (AF) Phalodi from 9.00AM to 5.00PM for one persons/per day by employing per days as required complete all as specified and directed. \nNote: For serial item No. 2.00 to 4.00\n(i) Hand tools as required by Plumber, Mason and Carpenter shall be provided by the Contractor.\n(ii) Employee deployment having minimum one year experience certificate shall be provided by the Contractor.\n\nNote: For serial item No. 1.00 to 4.00\n(i) If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of the work, then the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB in favour of Accepting Officer within 07(Seven) days of opening of finance bid for the difference in estimated cost and quoted amount. In case the said FDR/BGB is not submitted within stipulated period as mentioned above, the contractor shall be banned for six months and his bid will be rejected. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work including defect liability period of contract whenever applicable.\n\n(ii) The person shall be deployed after police verification and person is having valid ID proof. Employee shall have to wear the uniform during the duty hours. Daily attendance will be taken by the Engineer-in-Charge if the employee is found absent from duty of work places/maintenance he shall recovered / disallowed from the duty after one day notice. Penalty shall be affected on this account as per Sch 'A' Notes No. 23 on serial page No.18 of tender documents. \n\n(iii) The provision of statutory laws relating to Minimum Wages as per Code of wages 2019 including social security such as EPF and ESI shall be strictly adhered by the Contractor. \n
