Rates (excluding Goods and Services tax) are as per DGR wage structure effective from 1st October 2020 for Area C for per guard per month. In case of revision, arrears shall be applicable as per DGR guidelines. Goods and Services tax amount have been separately mentioned in BoQ. 3. Total estimated cost in figures as mentioned in relevant row is as per DGR rates and Goods and Services tax. 4. Statutory variation in Goods and Services tax (as payable to the bidder) as applicable for the category/ service shall be to Owner’s account up to the contractual completion period. 5. Only \"Bidder Name\", \"At Par\" selection from dropdown menu by clicking on select cell and \"Precentage\"are to be filled by the bidder in the designated \"Sky Blue cells\". For \"At Par\" selection, the percentage quoted shall be treated as 0.00 and quoted amount at par with estimate.6. Goods and Services tax as per GST Act 2017 for concerned services has been added to the base price of below mentioned services. If the bidder wishes to quote some other Goods and Services tax rate other than mentioned in the price schedule provided in BoQ1 sheet, they may quote the same in \"Annexure H\". Communication Allowance : Rs 500/- per month per guard will be given towards the communication expenses from corporation for mobile and other miscellaneous expenses like stationery for reports generation and forwarding to IOCL etc. The reimbursement of the above mentioned communication expenses will be done only when proof of e-payments to the Security personnel will be produced by agency during monthly billing or at any time during the contract period for the period of claim.
