| 3 | Description:- Supply, fabrication and erection of lifting barrier boom locking arrangements consists of a lever\rarrangement with lock not more than 6m away from winch platform, essential number of cranks with crank\rbases, rods, rod guide roller, D-shackle, 2 nos of boom lock, lock guide, bolts and nuts made by steel work\rwelded in built-up sections / framed work and steel work requiring machine shop work conforming to IS 2062 :\r2011 including cutting, fixing in position to suit at site requirements and site condition including fixing of crank\rbase, lever base with 1:3:6 concrete base of size not lesser than 0.3m x 0.3m x 0.6m of 20mm metal size with\rearthwork excavation, shuttering (any, if required) with all labour, materials, bolts and nuts, tools and plants,\rlead,lift,fabrication,welding,primingpaint,weldingmachinery,electricalpower,incidentalchargesetc.,\rcomplete by the contractor and as directed by the Engineer's representative.
