    Plugging the leakage of various expansion joints in South Delhi Main emanating from Sonia Vihar WTP, hiring of generator set of capacity 100kva / 125kva as per site requirement with diesel , mobile oil , lubricants and other accessories required as per site . ( 01 nos . x 02 shift x 3 joints ) = 06 shifts , supply of neoprene rubber ring ( hard ) & grease required to make the joint as leak proof . for 3 nos . joint ( 3 x 7 mtr . = 21 mtrs ) , supply of gland packing of 25 mm dia to make the joint as leak proof . for 3 nos . joint ( 3 x 15 kg = 45 kg ) , supply of studs , nuts , washers ( 20 mm x 395 mm long ) 4 nos . nuts + 4 nos . washers + 1 no . stud for 3 nos . joint ( 16 sets x 3 joint = 48 sets ) , grinding work for existing rusted gland plate and its surface for cleaning the same . for 3 nos . joint ( 3 x 1 job= 03 jobs ) , dismantling , fixing charges of gland plate & filling of gland by using men and machinery as per site requirement . for 3 nos . joint ( 3 x 1 job= 03 jobs ) , charges for cutting the existing studs and replacing the same with new studs to make it leak proof as per site requirement and checking of leakage by running on full capacity and trial run of complete system . for 3 nos . joint ( 3 x 1 job= 03 jobs )
