Test run with proper record on daily log sheet showing running and POL consumption including checking and attending normal repair and proper functioning of plant/DG Set components complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Petty items required for maintenance i.e. cotton waste/ dausthi white, grease/lubricating oil etc are deemed to be included in the quoted rate for item. | 8 | 8 | Notes for item No 01 to 04 : -\n(a) Contractor has to submit copies of Identity proof , residential proof (duly signed by individual and contractor) and the valid police verification of the individual concerned of the individual whom he intended to deploy within 15 days from date of acceptance of tender, failing which a penalty of Rs. 100 per day per person will be imposed upon the contractor with effect from the date of commencement of work. The identity proof & residential proof shall be any one from the following list or any other document as directed by Engr-in-Charge:\n(i) Residential proof : Ration card/ Voter ID Card/ Latest electric bill / AADHAR CARD\n(ii) Identity proof : PAN card/voter ID card/driving license/AADHAR CARD.\n(b) All T&P tools i.e. plier, screw driver, ring/DE spanner, test lamp with bulb, Allen Key, Tester, Adjustable wrench, Pipe wrench, Rubber Hand gloves, Safety belt etc shall be provide by the contractor. All tradesman must in possession of their individual bicycle.\n(c) Contractor will provide uniform approved by Engr-in-Charge at his own cost. Uniform will bear the name of worker as well as firm on front, failing which a penalty of Rs. 100 per day per person will be imposed upon the contractor. \n(d) Contractor will arrange mobile set with authenticated mobile number at each installation and deployed trademan will remain in contact with JE E/M and Engr-in-Charge at all the duty hours.\n(e) All stationery i.e. printed daily log sheet, attendance register etc shall be provided and maintained by the contractor. Log sheet shall be maintained per shift with proper handing/taking over of installation and no individual will leave the installation without arrival of reliever.\n(f) Daily Log sheet, Maintenance record and attendance register should be maintained and put up to JE E/M and AGE E/M for verification on daily basis. \n(g) Tradesmen(AC /Refg Mechanic and Mate Mechanic) shall be ITI qualified with min 3 years experience in trade will be permitted and contractor must produce all qualification / experience certificates, photos and police verification etc before taking over site of all manpower deployed in this contract. \n(h) The contractor will produce the log sheets duly completed/ filled up of installation in each month. Duty roster will be submitted by the contractor before commencement of month for the approval of JE and Engr-in-Charge and displayed at locations directed by Engr-in-Charge/ JE E/M.\n(j) Daily cleaning of installation of inside/ outside area should be carried out by the worker/ tradesman of installation and material like dasuti/yellow cloth, broom, axis pic, spade, grass cutter etc shall be provided by the contractor. \n(k) It is sole responsibility of contractor to open “Aadhar Linked Bank Account” of all his person employed at site/work places. Details of payment made to workers in each month will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge in monthly pay sheet within 15th of every month, failing which a penalty of Rs 5000/- per month per worker shall be imposed on contractor. Payment to the workers shall be made by the contractor as per existing Govt wages directly through their bank\naccounts . | | | |

| 9 | 9 | Notes for item No 01 to 04 (Contd...) : - \n(l) In case of absence of any worker, an amount @ Rs. 2000 per person per shift or part thereof shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues as penalty and no payment shall be made to the contractor at contract rates for that particular shift(s). This penalty is in addition to any other penalty/recovery mentioned in the CA.\n(m) Contractor will arrange proper insurance for the tradesman and department shall not be held responsible for paying any compensation incase of any fatal accident. Any dispute with tradesman under labour act will be dealt with by the contractor with labour commissioner/ appropriate authority.\n(n) Staff employed at any installation can be shifted/detailed by the JEs/ Engr-in-charge wherever required in the interest of services at no extra cost.\n(o) 10% amount will be deducted for \" Not maintained log book/Duty roaster,Non submission of requisite documents,disobey order or any duty etc assigned by JEs/Engr-in-Charge.\" \n(p) All bidders must note that minimum fare wages rate shall be reckoned as per latest circulation of Chief Labour Commissioner/ State Govt./ Union territory whichever is higher at the time of bid submission end date. It is the sole responsibility of contractor to disburse minimum fare wages to labourers according to increase rate if any during contract period. The above facts shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates and nothing extra is admissible on above account.\n(q) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, levies as applicable including GST.\n(r) The contractor has to submit the proof of authentic document in support of ‘contribution towards EPF’ and ‘contribution towards ESIC’ such as Electronic Challan Cum Receipt of ESI and EPF Challan to the Govt. treasury at the time of claim of RAR/ Final Bill. The contractor is required to submit the EPF & ESI number of individual employee at the time of claim of RAR/ Final Bill.\n(s) The Government of India vide their Notification No F.No 1/20(3)/2020-LS-II dated 12 Oct 2020 has notified minimum fair wages to be paid to the labour. The rate analysis has been done based on minimum fair wages which is kept in the office of GE. If the contractor quotes rates less than minimum fair wages, then the fixed deposit of the difference amount rounded up near one thousand i.e. Amount based on Rate Analysis (-) Minus Quoted Rates will be deposited for a period not less than 03 years within 15 days from the date Acceptance failing which the same shall be deducted from the contractor's dues i.e RAR/Final bills. The Accepting Officer has full power to accept any tender as per rates in vogue.\n \nThe rates quoted by the tenderer shall include the above provisions and nothing extra will be paid on these accounts. | | | |
