Three Shift By Outsourcing Fgm ( One For Each Shift ) Including Maintaining And Updating Daily Log Sheets Complete All As Specified And As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge At C Area Pump House Jasai Mil Stn . The Manpower To Be Employed Shall Be As Per The Following Shift Timings: ( I ) First Shift- 0600 Hrs To 1400 ( Ii ) Second Shift-1400 Hrs To 2200 Hrs ( Iii ) Third Shift - 2200 Hrs To 0600 Hrs . , Manning And Operation Of Electric Driven Water Pumping Sets , Dg Sets Of Capacity 250 Kva , Including Its , Day To Day And Periodical Maintenance Such As Replacement Of Gland Packing , Fuzes For Lt Switch Fuses , Round The Clock In Continious Three Shifts Of 08 Hours Daily T By Outsourcing Fgm ( One For Each Shift ) Including Maintaining And Updating Daily Log Sheets Complete All As Specified And As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge At D Area Pump House & Fire Fighting In Jassai Mil Stn . The Manpower To Be Employed Shall Be As Per The Following Shift Timings: ( I ) First Shift- 0600 Hrs To 1400 ( Ii ) Second Shift 1400 Hrs To 2200 Hrs ( Iii ) Third Shift - 2200 Hrs To 0600 Hrs . , Manning And Operation Of Water Supply Distribution System At Jassai Mil Stn By Operating Sluice Valve Of Any Size Fixed In Distribution Lines Of C & D Area In Two Continious Shift Of 8 Hours Daily By Outsourcing Valveman ( One Valveman For Each Shift ) Including Cleaning And Periodical Maintenance Of Pump House Such As Replacement Of Gland , Packing Etc . Complete All As Specified And Directed By Engineer-In-Charge . Note:- ( A ) Operation Of Sluice Valve Shall Be As Per Need & Requirement At Pump House Installation ( B ) Timing Of Shift Shall Be Changed By Engineer -In -Charge Based On Requirement . Contractor Shall Deploy Staff Accordingly Without Any Extra Cost To Department ( C ) The Valveman Employed At Site Will Assist In Cleaning Of Main Pump Houes , Ohts Tank Surrounding Area And Arboriculture Without Any Extra Cost To Department . ( D ) The Contractor Will Also Provide Mobile Phone To Each Valveman On Duty To Liase With Je/Age/Ge In Case Of Facing Any Problem During Duty Hours . , Notes For Item No 1 . 00 To 3 . 00 Above: ( I ) Contractors Are Advised To Visit The Site Before Quoting The Rates ( Ii ) Wage Paid By The Contractor To The Persons Employed Shall Not Be Less Than The Minimum Wages Fixed By State/Central Government From Time To Time Whichever Is Higher ( Issued From Goi Time To Time ) . ( Iii ) The Payment Shall Be Made To The Workers Through Online Banking And Bank Statement Of Fair Wages As Per Minimum Labour Wages As Mentioned Above Shall Be Submitted Along With The Rars/Fb For Payments . ( Iv ) The Contractor Shall Be Responsible For The Epf , Esi , Bonus , Lwc , Safety Etc , And Insurance Of All Trademen Employed By Him As Per Existing Labour Rules/Acts/Regulations . ( V ) Contractor Special Attention Is Invited That Payment Of Fgm/ Valveman Shall Be Made Only Through Online Banking And Same Shall Be Deposited In Adhar Link Account Of Fgm/ Valveman . Documentary Evidence For The Same Shall Be Submitted To Accepting Officer/Garisson Engineer/ Engr-In-Charge Before Payment Of Rar/Final Bill . ( Vi ) Contractor And His Personnel Detailed For Management And Operating Of Water Supply Installation Shall Be Responsible For Serviceability Of Installation . In Case Of Any Major Fault Occurs In Above Mentioned Items , He Will Report Directly To Concerned Je E/M/ Age E/M , Person Deputed For Outsourcing Services Will Be Responsible For Minor Maintenance And Cleaning Of Surrounding Area Complete . ( Vii ) Necessary Weekly Off Will Be Given To Manpower Employed For This Schedule As Per Existing Rules And Regulation Of State/Central Govt , And Necessary Replacement Will Be Provided By The Contractor . Rates Quoted For This Schedule Shall Deemed To Be Included This Provision . ( Viii ) In Case Absence Of Any Fgm/ Valveman From Any Shift Will Be Penalized With A Penalty Of Double The Rate Quoted By The Contractor , In Addition To The Shift Not Taken In To Consideration For Payment . Fgm/ Valveman Wanting Leave Will Get It Sanctioned Before Proceeding On Leave Along With The Name Of Individual Who Will Be Performing His Duty/Shift In His Absence . No Replacement Of Fgm/ Valveman Without The Knoweledge Of Department Will Be Allowed . , Notes For Item No 1 . 00 To 3 . 00 Above ( Contd ) : ( Ix ) Safety Equipments Tools And First Aid Kit And Uniform Will Be Provided To All Tradesman By Contractor Without Any Extra Cost To Government . ( X ) Log Book , Muster Roll , Duty Roster , Daily Breakdown Register , Attendance Register And Other Requisite Register Shall Be Maintained By Fgm/ Valveman And Get It Signed By Concerned Je , Engineer-In-Charge And Contractor On Daily Basis And Same Shall Be Submitted Monthly To Accepting Officer For Inspection And Other Details As Specified In Ps . ( Xi ) Fgm/ Valveman Should Posses Iti Certificate In Respective Trade With Minimum 02 Years Experience Or 3 Year Experince Certificate For Running Of Water Supply Installation And Well Conversant With The Installation Equipments And Must Produce Qualification And Experience Certificates Duly Attested By Gazetted Officer . The Attested Certificate Shall Be Submitted To Accepting Officer At The Time Of Commencement Of Work . ( Xiv ) The Gst Included In The Rates Quoted Against All Items . ( Xvii ) It Is Sole Responsibility Of Cotractor If Any Mishappening Occurs Including Accident/ Injury Due To Any Reason , Department Shall Not Be Held Responsible On This Account . Nothing Exta Shall Be Admissible On This Account From The Department .
