Outsourcing The Resource For Maintenance And Operation Of Ac Plant At Mil Stn Jasai Under Ge ( A ) Barmer , Manning And Operation Of Ac Plant ( Scroll Type Chiller Ac Plant Of Capacity 60 Tr ) Having 3 Units Of 30 Tr Each ( 2 Units Run At A Time And One Unit Stand By ) And Two Nos Chiller Pump , Two Nos Condenser Pump , One Number Cooling Tower And 3 Nos Ahu Located With Ac Magzs Aproximatly 400Mtr And 1 . 2 Km Away From The Ac Plant At 25 Amn Coy Army Area Jassai Including Its Day To Day And Periodical Maintenance , Round The Clock In Continuous Three Shifts Daily By Out Sourcing Refrigerator Mechanic ( One For Each Shift ) And Maintaining And Updating Daily Log Sheet Etc Complete All As Specified And As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge . The Manpower To Be Employed Shall Be As Per He Following Shift Timings: ( I ) First Shift- 0600 Hrs To 1400 ( Ii ) Second Shift 1400 Hrs To 2200 Hrs ( Iii ) Third Shift - 2200 Hrs To 0600 Hrs , Manning And Operation Of Ac Plant ( Scroll Type Chiller Ac Plant Of Capacity 60 Tr ) Having 3 Units Of 30 Tr Each ( 2 Units Run At A Time And One Unit Stand By ) And Two Nos Chiller Pump , Two Nos Condenser Pump , One Number Cooling Tower And 3 Nos Ahu Located With Ac Magzs Aproximatly 400Mtr And 1 . 2 Km Away From The Ac Plant And Dg Set At 25 Amn Coy Army Area Jassai Including Its Day To Day And Periodical Maintenance , Round The Clock In Continuous Three Shifts Daily By Out Sourcing With Helper ( One For Each Shift ) And Maintaining And Updating Daily Log Sheet Etc Complete All As Specified And As Directed By Engineer-In-Charge . ( Iii ) The Payment Shall Be Made To The Workers Through Online Banking And Bank Statement Of Fair Wages As Per Minimum Labour Wages As Mentioned Above Shall Be Submitted Along With The Rars/Fb For Payments . ( Iv ) The Contractor Shall Be Responsible For The Epf , Esi , Bonus , Lwc , Safety Etc , And Insurance Of All Trademen Employed By Him As Per Existing Labour Rules/Acts/Regulations . ( V ) Contractor Special Attention Is Invited That Payment Of Refg Mech/Ac Operator/Worker Shall Be Made Only Online Banking And Same Shall Be Deposited In Adhar Link Account Of Refg Mech/Ac Operator/Worker . Documentary Evidence For The Same Shall Be Submitted To Accepting Officer/Garisson Engineer/ Engr-In-Charge Before Payment Of Rar/Final Bill . ( Vi ) Contractor And His Personnel Detailed For Management And Operating Of Ac Plant Installation Shall Be Responsible For Serviceability Of Installation . In Case Of Any Major Fault Occurs In Above Mentioned Items , He Will Report Directly To Concerned Je E/M/Age E/M , Person Deputed For Manning & Operation Will Be Responsible For Minor Maintenance And Cleaning Of Surrounding Area Complete . ( Vii ) Necessary Weekly Off Will Be Given To Manpower Employed For This Schedule As Per Existing Rules And Regulation Of State/Central Govt , And Necessary Replacement Will Be Provided By The Contractor . Rates Quoted For This Schedule Shall Deemed To Be Included This Provision . , Notes For Item No 1 . 00 And 2 . 00 Above ( Contd ) : ( Viii ) In Case Absence Of Any Refg/Mech/Worker From Any Shift Will Be Penalized With A Penalty Of Double The Rate Quoted By The Contractor , In Addition To The Shift Not Taken In To Consideration For Payment . Refg Mech/Ac Operator/Worker Wanting Leave Will Get It Sanctioned Before Proceeding On Leave Along With The Name Of Individual Who Will Be Performing His Duty/Shift In His Absence . No Replacement Of Refg Mech/Ac Operator/Worker Without The Knoweledge Of Department Will Be Allowed . ( Ix ) Safety Equipments Tools And First Aid Kit And Uniform By The Contractor Will Be Provided To All Tradesmean Without Any Extra Cost To Government . ( X ) Log Book , Muster Roll , Duty Roster , Daily Breakdown Register , Attendance Register And Other Requisite Register Shall Be Maintained By Refg Mech/Ac Operator And Get It Signed By Concerned Je , Engineer-In-Charge And Contractor On Daily Basis And Same Shall Be Submitted Monthly To Accepting Officer For Inspection And Other Details As Specified In Ps . ( Xi ) Refg Mech/Ac Operator Should Posses Iti Certificate In Respective Trade With Minimum 02 Years Experience Or 3 Year Experince Certificate For Running Of Ac Plant And Well Conversant With The Ac Plant Equipments With Connected Panels And Must Produce Qualification And Experience Certificates Duly Attested By Gazetted Officer . The Attested Certificate Shall Be Submitted To Accepting Officer At The Time Of Commencement Of Work . ( Xii ) The Gst Included In The Rates Quoted Against All Items . ( Xiii ) It Is Sole Responsibility Of Cotractor If Any Mishappening Occurs Including Accident/Injury Due To Any Reason , Department Shall Not Be Held Responsible On This Account . Nothing Exta Shall Be Admissible On This Account From The Department .
