| 3 | Description:- Design and supply of Electronic Interlocking system for Kanyakumari as per RDSO specification\rRDSO/SPN/192/2019 Ver. 2.0 with latest amendment Technical advisory notes issued by RDSO. This system\rshall be of Hot standby and distributed system configuration with one central EI cabin and EI hut at one end of\ryard. This system should have either relay interface or object controllers to drive field gears. If object controllers\rare used, it shall be installed at rel;ay room of station. This system shall be compatible for working with DUAL VDU\rarrangements. Data logging facilities shall conform to 5.1.5 of RDSO specification No. RDSO/SPN/192/2019 Ver.\r2.0 with latest amendment. The signal lamps are to be lit with 110VAC. The EI supply material (Both hardware\rand software) shall be suitable for yard. The input and output EI bits shown are only indicative and the exact\rdetails have to be made based on the Table of control and approved signalling plan supplied by railways. The\rsupply includes; (a) Power supply equipments either IPS or Battery chargers of suitable size. DC-DC converters of\rN+1modeshallbesuppliedseperatelyfoprA&Bsystems.Railwaysshallprovide230VAC/110VDC.(b)\rDatalogger with 64 analog inputs and 512 external digital inputs and RTU with 16 analog and 64 external digital\rinputs for external relays along with protocol converter, PC with printer and supply of fault diagnostic software as\rper RDSO specification No. IRS:S-99/2006 or latest with power supply arrangements. The tenderer shall take the\rresponsibilty to supply dataloggers with accessories which are not only interfaced with EI system but also interface\rseamlessly with the existing datalogger network. The datalogger software should be as per approved signalling\rplan. (c) Supply of industrial grade 55" operator Dual VDU and 42" maintenance VDU with industrial grade\rembedded fanless PC as per RDSO TAN No. STS/E/TAN/3007. Supply of Tables for Dual VDU and Maintenence\rVDU with mounting arrangements and seating arrangements for operators. (d) Supply of two sets of design\rdocuments for approval. (e) Supply of all relays, relay racks, mounting arrangements, interconnecting cables etc.\rAny other materials other than above required for installing the electronic interlocking is part of this schedule. The\rlist of module/cards, DC-DC converters, all type of relays, sub assemblies and other materials that make up EI\rwith unit rate and quantity and total cost along with associated tax should be detailed by the tenderer.
