The rates are inclusive of all material, returnable dummy plates of various sizes as per site condition, transportation, labour, consumables, taking necessary safety precautions, scaffolding as per standard required for cleaning and painting etc for the internal surface of the tanks and fixing back pipes and valves after cleaning and painting. | 3 | 3 | EXTERNAL PAINTING: Shell, Roof plates, non galvanized steel structral like spiral staircase, hand rail, landing platforms, valves etc. Surface preparation as per ST-3 standard. Primer - One coat of Self priming HB epoxy mastic coating (P4) DFT 100-125 micron, Intermediate coat of Polyamide cured HB Epoxy MIO (U1) DFT 100-125 micron and final 2 coats of acrylic Poly urethane (F1) DFT 40-50 micron as per IOC Painting Manual and as per the instructions of Engineer - In - Charge. After completion of paiting DFT of painting should be atleast of 240 micron. The rate includes lettering the logo "INDIAN OIL" in English and Hindi along with monogram, the tank capacity, tank number as per Indianoil look book format. All Necessary paints, thinners, tools, tackles, consumables, working platform as per standard and labour etc. should be provided by the contractor. The payment will be made based on the actual area painted. Painting of hand rails, structurals, tank roof and truss etc are included.
