Housekeeping: Housekeeping , Collection And Disposal Of Solid Waste Including Deploying On Work Cleaning / Conservency Staff ( 08 Nos For Eight Hours Per Day ) And Plumber ( 1 Nos For Eight Hours Per Day ) With Necessary Consumabales Such As Broom / Jhadu , All Kind Of Brushes , Sanitizers ( Harpic , Phenyle , Air Freshner In Toilets , Basket , Etc ) . The scope of work to also include cleaning of glass panes ( as per directions of E/I) with necessary glass cleaning chemical such as Collin etc and wipers. 2	2	Terms and conditions:
3	3	1. The agency shall have to deploy additional/Extra manpower as per direction's of E/I and Man power shall be paid as per labour rates of UPPWD SOR -2020, i.e. Mali @ 335/ (eight hours per day) and cleaning staff @ 325/( eight hours per day).
4	4	2. The agency shall have to deploy the additional manpower with in 24 hours of instruction from E/I. Failing in deployment shall attract deduction at the double the rate of specified labour as per UPPWD SOR -2020.
5	5	3. The agency shall be solely responsible for any kind of labour dispute.
6	6	4. The manpower deployed shall have no right / claim for employment in Parishad.
7	7	5. This agreement may be extended subjected to budget and work related requirements. Engineer in charge decision with respect to this shall be final and binding. The performance of firm shall have to be excellent (Equal to or more than seven on ten point scale.
8	8	6. A tricycle modified for use of waste collection shall be provided by the department.
