Capacity over a staging at 21 meter measured from G.L. to top of bottom ring beam based on raft foundation including rain proof of approved design ventilating column at top of tank with red light arrangement with electricity wire through 10mm dia conduit pipe. Super structure with one metre balcony with three rows of 20mm dia GI pipe railing all around the balcony and also on both sides of stair case with 50 x 50 x 6mm angle iron post fixed less than 2 metres apart. The stair case shall be two column stair case up to top dome. Red Light arrangement and steel gate arrangement at the entrance of stair case including 0.60m wide ladder with proper protection devices shall be provided from the way to the roof of tank and an internal ladder 0.60m wide from the roof of tank to the floor inside the rank to the floor inside the tank may also be provided and tank roof shall be provided with main hole cover complete with locking arrangement duly approved including supply and fixing of CIDF pipes and specials (Sluice valve, Duck foot bends, bell mouth etc.) and also all fittings required for these pipes for inlet outlet over, flow and washout pipe apart from column of O.H.T. as follows and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. \n 1- Inlet Pipe: 2.0m apart from apron up to sluice valve chamber. \n2- Outlet Pipe: 2.0m apart from apron up to sluice valve chamber.\n3- Wash Out Pipe: 2.0m apart from column up to chamber. \n Also including supply of all jointing materials such as bolts, Nuts, Rubber Insertion etc. also making sluice valve chamber at inlet and outlet and wash out pipes as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Also making apron at G.L. from centre of over head to out side up to 1.00m from column with its locking arrangement lighting conductor as per I.S.I. specification and suitable water level indicator. This also includes two coats of approved weather proof Apex Brand Paint, approved shed. Exterior paint over and including one coat of cement primer of approved brand over the entire surface of O.H.T. and also including painting of all steel members with two coats of around O.H.T. apron having base concrete 1:4:8 cement coarse sand and 20mm gauge stone grit and 40mm thich with glass strips 35 x 5mm size including dewatering if required during construction of the tank roof shall be provided with opening with manhole cover superior quality of black Japan paint over on coat of red oxide primer. The dia of C.I.D.F. pipe inlet dia as per design, washout pipe dia as per design, over flow pipe dia as per design and outlet pipe dia as per design shall be used (cost of pipe and specials with fixing are included in rates) including letter writing work on O.H.T. wall as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The L.S. cost based for the safe bearing capacity of soil 7.50 Mt/sqm at 2.00m depth below the G.L. taking into consideration the seismic effect and other factor of safety. The disposal of surplus earth shall be made within 1.0km distance inside the scheme and also making circular drain along apron of application design.The above rates should be inclusive of soil testing and structural designing of over head tanks including its vetting from reputed govt. engineering institution/IIT as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The construction of safe over head tank as per structural designing is the responsibility of the contractor.2- All pipes and specials (Tee, bends, Duck Foot bend etc.) shall be BIS marked or approved brands as per direction of Engineer-in-charge) complete with testing. All work shall be carried out as per U.P. Jal Nigam Specification. \nPayment schedule shall be as under :- \n1- Submission of design excavation and laying of lean concrete and \nsubmission of soil testing report 2 % of total cost\n2- Foundation and other preliminary work upto bottom bracing 18 % of total cost \n3- Columns upto top of Ist bracing casting. 5 % of total cost \n4- Columns from top of Ist bracing to the top of IInd bracing 5 % of total cost \n5- Columns from top of IInd bracing including III bracing 5 % of total cost \n6- Columns from top of IIInd bracing to the bottom of tank beam 10 % of total cost\n7- Ring beam, bottom dome, balcony etc. 15 % of total cost\n8- Varical walls stair case 10% of total cost\n10- Roof slab (Top Dome) 10% of total cost\n11- Fixing of water level indicatoc lighting, conductor wash out over flow,\ninlet outlet pipes, sluice valve etc. 10% of total cost\n12- Finishing painting and completion of Apron 5% of total cost\n13- Testing of OHT and handed over to concern department 5% of total cost	BI01010001010000000000000515BI0100001127	1	JOB
