| 1 | ANNUAL MAINTENANCE FOR THE YR 2020-21 OF COMPUTERS, PRINTERS, CCTV CAMERA, EPABAX AND ITS PERIPHERALS OF GARRISON ENGINEER LALGARH JATTAN MILITARY STATION\n1. Annual maintenance contract for the yr 2020-21 of the following computers, printers, CCTV, Camera, EPABX for the period of one year from the date mentioned in the job order:- (a) Monitor, CPU wih all acceseries of computer, Total Nos of computers-26 Nos. (b) Canon Mono chrome laser beam model No 2900 printer- 11 Nos. (c) HP Laser Jet P-1505.- 09 Nos. (d) Brother HL-L2321D- 01 Nos. (e) Multifunctional Printer HP M-1005- 03 Nos. (f) Bio Matrix thumb impression machine-02 Nos. (g) CCTV Camera (Set) of 08 Cameras (h) EPABX (Set of 24 Phones), (j) Water purifier (50 ltrs)-02 Nos\n TERMS AND CONDITION:-\nFOR COMPUTER, PRINTERS & UPS AMC\n(a) The rates quoted for repairs/maintenance/replacement of part to found defective and printer head is also covered under AMC for a period of one year from the date of acceptance/handing over the faulty equipment/commencement of maintenance service whichever is later. (b) Defect rectification period and majority of faulty would be rectified in the first response itself, maximum period allowed for defective rectification shall be 24 hrs only. (c) Call Notice:- Notice for repairs/maintenance of the systems will be given to the firm by Office supdt through phone followed by written brief description of the complaint. (d) Penalty for delay in attendance and defect rectification or provision of stand by excluded while calculating the period of delay for call attendance and defect rectification. (e) In case of failure on the part of the firm to respond to the call within stipulated period of 24 hs, this office shall levy a penalty of Rs 100/- per day for the first three days and thereafter Rs 500/- per day may be lavy till the machine is made on road. (f) The contract covers a comprehensive routine servicing and maintenance and such rectification of existing defects completely of the equipment. . (g) Frequency of service:- Two visits per month of service Engineer for normal preventive maintenance plus as required in case of break down.(h) The payment will be made quarterly basis by E1(Sty) Section of this office after satisfaction of service. (g) The rate quoted by the bidder shall be deemed to be inclusive of all taxes including GST Number reimbursement/refund for variation in rates of taxes, duties, royalty , octroi & other levies, and/or imposition/abolition of any/existing taxes, duties, Royalties, Octroi and other levies shall be made\nFOR CCTV AND EPABX AND WATER PURIFIER (50 LTRS)\n(a) The rates quoted for repairs/maintenance/replacement of part to found defective including all parts covered under AMC for a period of one year from the date of acceptance/handing over the faulty equipment/commencement of maintenance service which ever is later.
