Provision Of Conservancy And Housekeeping Services For The Office Of Ge ( West ) Under Ge ( West ) Pathankot Provn Of Conservancy And Housekeeping Services For The Office Of Ge ( West ) Under Ge ( West ) Pathankot , Provision Of House Keeping Services For The Office Of Ge West Pathankot The House Keeping Services Will Include The Following :- I ) Data Entry Operator Cum Record Keeper - 11 Nos Note : Data Entry Operator Cum Record Keeper ( For Updating Filing System ) As Mentioned Above Shall Be Provided Per Day Excluding Sunday And Gazetted Holidays , All As Per Office Working Hours . , Rates Required To Be Quoted For Execution Of The Work As Described In Srl Item No 1 Here-In-Before For The Following , ( I ) Data Entry Operator Cum Record Keeper ( Skilled ) Wages , ( Ii ) Esi As Per Existing Rules . , ( Iii ) Employers Contribution Towards Epf As Per Exisiting Rules , ( Iv ) Contribution Of Bonus . , ( V ) Over Head Charges & Profit On Ser No ( I ) To ( Iv ) Above . , ( Vi ) Lwc As Per Existing Rules . , Provision Of House Keeping Services , Brooming And Mopping The Floor Using Floor Cleaner , Broom And Cloth Including Bathrooms / Toilet Labortaries Room And Sanitry Fittings Etc . At Complete Office Complex Of Ge West Pathankot Including Brooming Of Roads / Berms / Common Parking Area / Open Area Etc . On Day To Day Basis On All Working Days Excluding Sunday And Gazetted Holidays , From 0800 Hrs To 1700 Hrs ( Including One Hour Lunch Break ) Eight Working Hours Complete All As Specified And Directed . Note :- ( I ) Nos Of Safaiwala Deployed By Contractor Shall Be 08 Nos Per Day ( Ii ) All The Cleaning Material / Consumable Including Material Like Harpic , Phenyl , Acid , Naptha Balls , Soap Cakes , Vim , Detergent , Mopping Cloth , Clip Mop With Handle , 01 Hp Vaccum Cleaner , Floor Wiper , Broom Etc Shall Be Provided By The Contractor . ( Iii ) The Rates Quoted By The Contractor Shall Be Deemed To Include Of This Aspect . , Rates Required To Be Quoted For Execution Of The Work As Described In Srl Item No 2 Here-In-Before For The Following , ( I ) Safaiwala ( Unskilled ) Wages , ( Ii ) Esi As Per Existing Rules . , ( Iii ) Employers Contribution Towards Epf As Per Exisiting Rules , ( Iv ) Contribution Of Bonus . , ( V ) Over Head Charges & Profit On Ser No ( I ) To ( Iv ) Above . , ( Vi ) Lwc As Per Existing Rules . , Notes For Srl Item No 1 & 2 ( I ) Tenderer Are Requested To Attach The Latest Order Of Central Govt / State Govt / Local Body Regarding Minimum Wages And Statutory Deductions Regarding To Epf & Esi Etc . ( Ii ) Contractor Is Required To Quote Upto Two Digits After Decimal Place Or Otherwise It Will Be Considered By Rounding Off Two Digits After Decimal Placein Accordanc With Is : 02 Of 1960 ( Revisied 2016 ) Of Bis ( Iii ) In Case The Rates Quoted Are Less Than The Prevailing Rates / Instructions Under Any Heading ( S ) , The Bid Will Be Treated As Non-Bonafied / Invalid , Shall Be Disqualified And Such Bids Will Not Be Considered For Acceptance . ( Iv ) Nil Or Zero Quoting Against Oh & Profit Will Be Treated As Non-Bonafide . ( V ) In Case Two Or More Firms Quote The Same Rates , The Preference Will Be Given To The Firm Based On Their Capability Such As Working Captial , Turn Over Of Last 3 Financial Year Ending Prior To Bid / Publising Date And List Of Similar Nature Work Complete In Last 3 Years . ( Vi ) The Quoted Rates Shall Inclusive Of Gst As Applicable .
