(i) Geo technical Survey including Soil bearing capacity analysis and recommendations.(ii) Structure design and drawing (iii)Detailed estimate of Civil work including detailed calculation of steel with diagram (Bar binding schedule (iv) Detailed estimate of Public Health works (Internal and External) (v) Detailed estimate of Fire fighting works including drawings (vi) Detailed estimate of Rain Water Harvesting System including drawing. (vii) Detailed estimate for Road and Parking including Boundary wall(viii) Proof check of structure drawings from reputed Institution (IIT, NIT Kurukshetra, Punjab Engineering College (PEC) (ix) DNIT. Detail of qty. of earthwork with respect to GTS level. (Four sets of all documents are required to submit). (Approximate covered area is 1010 sqm). Note:- (i) Complete rate including all taxes. (ii) Drawing can be seen in any working day in Division office.
