The Operator / Caretaker shall conduct Fire Drill along with JTO (E) / SDE(E) & Building In-Charge once in a month by testing atleast 1/3rd of the detectors at all floors in rotation. (Note: 1 Person should be deplyoed per day) The Electromechanical Services includes -(1) 2 x 400 kVA Sub Staion (2) 1 x 250 kVA & 1 x 500 KVA DG Set (3) 6 x 7 TR PAC Plant (4) Auto Fire Detection & Fire Alarm System incl. 27Nos CO2 type fire extinguishers.
