| Name of Work: carrying out the ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT OF KIRLOSKAR MAKE TWO NO’S OF LPG COMPRESSOR INSTALLED AT INDANE LPG BOTTLING PLANT PRAYAGRAJ. Tender No. : LPG/ALD/AMC/WEIGHBRIDGE Notes : 1.Party should enter its name infront of Bidders Name. 2.Party should quote by selecting AT PAR/EXCESS/LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling percentage rate in figure only, without any condition . In case party is intending to quote "at PAR" party must quote 0 in the space provided. 3. No C form will be issued from IOCL.The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all taxes and duties. Rate are exclusive of GST which is 18 % on each items below. 4. I/We have read and understood all tender documents and then have quoted the above percentage. 5. The work is to be executed in operating plant observing all safety precaution and mostly on sunday/ off days/ or in non operating hours / in night.
