Supply of 60 mm thick powder coated of size 3000 mmX1200 mm wall panels having 0.63 mm thick GPSP of galvanisation 340-420 gsm duly powder coated on both sides of the polyurethane insulation in interform akzonable pure polyster powder of exterior grade in desired shade with coating thickness in between 60-80 microns after surface preparation following seven steps by chemical treatment without any light grooves i.e. plain surface with fire retardent having density 48 kg/km_+5% and metallic tongue and groove joint system with additional adequate cam locking system, cut to size with no addition of wastage and additional 90 degree in male and female groov to have proper sealing, strength of air tight joints panel to panel, CFC free and ozone friendly, Panel will be accompanied with 2.5 mm thick and 62 mm wide U channel on top and bottom of each powder coated panel all the panels will be provided with necessary screws and fitments.
