Scope Of Work At Page No . 6 ) At Minimum 300 Dpi Supplied In Raw Tiff , Clean Tiff , Pdf/A ( Lossless & Compressed ) Formats In External Hard Disks , And Cds/Dvds With One Year Warranty As Per The Terms & Conditions As Above . Rates Quoted Should Be Inclusive Of All Input Such As Scanning , Metadata Creation , Indexing , Storing , Manpower , Any Other Cost Involved In The Execution Of Work . ( Ii ) . Software ( Dspace Open Source Only ) Along With Its Upgradation , Customization , Training Of Staff ( 5 Nos . ) , Note: Gst Will Be Applicable As Per Government Norms .
