M& L for cleaning the surface of Runway with wire brush and air compressor ,making the surface free from dust and applying only polymer modified bitumen emulsion by Spraying with truck mounted Contrail and Sprayer complete to uniformly apply one coat of PME at required pressure of PME 0.3 litre per Sqm diluted in ratio 1:1 (PME and Water ) and ensure uniform finish of runway complete all as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
