| 13 | 8.03 | General Notes for contract :- Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be inclusive of following :-\n(1) Workers wage per person (a) Semi Skilled - Notified minimum wages as on bid submission end date\n(2) Employees state insurance @ 4.00% (employer contribution 3.25% & employee contribution 0.75%) on wages as per existing rules.\n(3)EPF, EPS, EDLIS and administrative charges @ 13% on wages as per existing rules. \n(4) Bonus @8.33% as per existing rules.\n(5) Contractor's over head and profit\n(6) LWC @ 1% on 1 to 5 above as per existing rules\n(7) GST @ 18% on 1 to 5 above as per existing rules. NOTE : - In case the rates quoted by tenderer are less than the notified minimum wages as on bid submission end date including all statutory provisions such as EPF,GST,ESIC ,Bonus and LWC etc as applicable, his tender will be treated as Non- Bonafide and will not be considered for Acceptance. |
