| 3 | Description:- Design, manufacture and supply of Electronic Interlocking hot standby system suitable for 25KV RE\r- as per Special condition of contract and technical specification enclosed - mainly consisting of a) Micro-processor\requipments, b) Interface equipments, c) 2 No of embedded fanless PC based operator console (RDSO TAN No\rSTS/E/TAN/3007 Ver 1.0 Dated 02-11-12 or latest) with Dual (Main + Standby) VDU (minimum 42" each; make\rSony/Samsung), d)EIRacks,RelayRacks,e)InterfaceRelays, f)Interlockingcables/WiringMaterials,\rconnectors, terminals, indicative type Fuses, SPD etc. as per OEM practice, g) Data logger with 512 digital inputs\rand 32 Analog Inputs as per RDSO Specification IRS:S-99/2006 at all stations and IBH (with EI protocol converter\r& NMS Software), g) Maintenance terminals (along with printers) for both EI and Data logger (with VDU size of\rminimum 42" for each) of Make: Sony/ Samsung, h) Dual card E1 modem for networking of Data Loggers at each\rstation with divisional HQ on E1/2Mbps channel, i) Power supply equipments, j) Fixture mounting arrangement\rand accessories necessary to make the system fully functional - for stations listed (locations may vary as per\rrailway requirement) - as per RDSO Specification RDSO/SPN/192/2005 Ver 1.0 or latest NOTE: List of modules/\requipment/ sub-assemblies/ all other stores etc. along with quantities, on per station basis, shall be listed in a\rseparate Annexure-A1 and to be submitted along with Tender bid. Annexure-A1 shall be comprehensive, duly\rcertified by the OEM and shall include each and every item supplied/ required for successful commissioning of EI\rsystem. The system caters for 1463 functions against Eight Stations and One IBH in the NBQ-PBL section. Any\rexcess or shortage will be proportionately paid / deducted at the accepted rate per Function. In case of phased\rcommissioning, increase in function shall be proportionately paid. EI at Six Stations (BNGN, CPQ, BJF, PTLD, SBE\rand PBL) will be Centralized. EI at Two Stations (BPRD and SPQ) will be Distributed with One OC each to Cater\rfor IBH at GSA Station. OFC for communication between Central EI and OC will be laid by Railways. OFC Splicing\rand Termination will have to be done by the firm. Maintenance Terminals along with printers of Make, as\rapproved by Engineer-In-Charge, to be supplied for both EI system and Datalogger. As per system requirement\rsufficient spares bit to be provided in wired condition. QNN1 relays are not to be used.
