    Tender Details

    Supply Of , Supply Of Heavy Duty, Pedestal Type Man-Cooler Fan Of Size: 900 Mm (36 Inch) With Following Specification. The Impeller Made Out Of Cast Aluminium Alloy, Dynamically Balanced, Fixed Directly On The Motor Shaft And Motor Shall Be Fixed On Motor Base Plate. Impeller Shall Have Sturdy Protection Guard Assemblies. The Guard Assemblies Shall Be Fixed With Additional Gi Close Mesh Guard Of Size 12Mm X 12Mm Square, Thickness 14 Gauge For Safety Purposes On Both Sides. Complete Assembly Shall Be Of Without Oscillation Type, Mounted On Thick Steel Pipe And Fixed On Solid Cast Iron Round Base To Hold The Assembly Rigidly On The Floor And Should Be Free From Vibration. Provision Must Be There For Front Air Throw Angle Adjustment. The Pedestal Man-Cooler Shall Be Driven By 3 Phase, 415 V Ac, 3.0 Hp,1400 Rpm,Class F Insulation, Protection -Ip 55, Tefc, Continuous Duty (S1) Energy Efficient Induction Motor As Per Is:12615 And Fixed With Suitable Dol Starter (Make- L&T/ Siemens/ Schneider/Abb/ Bch) On The Pipe Column. Air Delivery 10 Times Blade Sweep, Minimum 63,750 Cubic Meter Per Hour. The Pedestal Man Cooler Shall Conform To Is-6272. Make: Almonard/Powervent/Khaitan/Solar/ Alpha/Pilot/Vent-Well/Blow-Tech Engineers. Warranty: 12 Months From The Date Of Commission Or 18 Months From The Date Of Supply, Whichever Is Earlier. Tenderer Should Submit Make And Technical Catalogue Of The Pedestal Type Man-Cooler, Along With The Offer, For Further Technical Scrutiny. Inspection By Consignee At Rwf. The Supply Shall Accompany With Test And Warranty Certificate. Material Shall Be Delivered At Rail Wheel Factory, Yelahanka, Bangalore-560064.
