Product Should Be Isi Marked. Scope Of Supply Should Include One Clamp With Each Fire Extinguisher, For Wall Hanging Of Fire Extinguishers. Fire Rating 4A 233B (Test Report Of Recognized Laboratory Should Be Enclosed) Cylinder Body Specifications: Deep Drawn Cylinder Body, Hydro Tested At 35 Bar, Plastic Skirt Ring, For Mild Steel Cylinder Body, Internal And External Surfaces Pure Polyester Powder Coated For Corrosion Resistance. External Coating Dft= Minimum 80 Microns. Operating Temperature +5%B0c To +60%B0c, Valve And Discharge Mechanism Specifications: Squeeze Grip Ce Marked Valve Made Of Forged Brass With Nickel Chromium Plating, In-Built Pressure Release Device And Nrv At The Pressure Gauge Mounting Port. Pvc Braided Hose, Pvc Siphon Tube, Stainless Steel Safety Pin, Plastic Nozzle, Uv Resistant Vinyl Label, Qr Code For Product Traceability. The Cylinder Serial Number, Manufacturing Date & Batch Number Should Be Printed, Not Hand Written. Manufacturing Dates Of The Fire Extinguishers Supplied Should Not Be More Than 3 Months Older From The Date Of Placing Purchase Order. Make: Minimax, Cease Fire Or Kanex. Supplier Should Confirm That: Burst Test Will Be Conducted For The Batch, As Per Clause 9.2.2. Sample Subjected To Burst Test Will Be Submitted Along With The Supply. Carrying Handle Will Be Provided As Per Clause 9.3. Threaded Connections Will Conform To Clause 9.5.2. Markings On The Fire Extinguisher Will Be As Per Clause 10.2. If Found Necessary, Sample(S) From The Supply Received May Be Sent For Testing At The Authorised Laboratory And The Supply Will Be Accepted Only If The Sample(S) So Tested, Pass The Testing.
