Charges for overhauling of jockey pump A& B by Isolation from the pressurization system, releasing the pump assembly, decoupling, dismantling of pump and its internals, thorough cleaning, checking the trueness of shaft, re-conditioning the worn out components such as shaft sleeve, wear rings etc., replacement of bearings, painting the inner side of pump, assembling of pump, fixing of coupling, re-erection of pump, alignment with motor, cleaning the strainers, replacing the SS filter element, connecting with the system, conducting trial run and painting of pump externals, motor and foundation frame, including cost of consumables and hire charges for T&P.

Rewinding of 1No 15kw/18.5 KW, 2900 rpm rating 3? induction motor removing of existing old winding, cleaning of slots,repairing the core if necessary, insulating with ‘F ‘class insulation, rewinding with‘F’ class copper conductor, silver brazing the joints, binding the overhangs tapping with fibre glass sandwiched tape, varnishing with Dr Bock’s insulation and reassembling after changing the motor both ends bearings, providing new terminal block with copper links motor testing and transporting to site on it’s respective bed. Including charges for transporting,testing and commissioning etc
