    Tender For Lagging Insulation:- 1 Providing and fixing glass wool insulation of density 80 Kg./M³ to live steam pipe line of working pressure 10 Kg./Cm² to 21 Kg./ Cm² with thickness of insulation 65 mm./2 ½. 2 - do – but thickness of insulation 80 mm. . 3 Providing and fixing glass wool insulation of density 80 Kg./M³ to exhaust vapor and water condensate line of working pressure range up to 15 lb. with thickness of insulation 50 mm. 2” . 4 - do – but thickness of insulation 65 mm. 5 Providing and fixing glass wool insulation Pan bodies, Quad bodies, Clarifier, ducting of economizers,Pre- heater, casing of I.D. & F.D. Fan and other unlogged equipment as per instructions of C.E. with thickness of insulation 50 mm. 2” 6 - do – but thickness of insulation 65 mm. 2 ½”. 7 Providing & fixing Aluminum cladding (26 Swg Foil) adding above insulated surface. 8 Insulation/Lagging work at different station of the factory. 9 The Job of glass Wool/Wire netting/G.I. Wire etc. with aluminum cladding 26 gauge aluminum sheet on insulated surface complete as per ISI norms for 300 PSI. 10 Thickness of Insulation 2” 11 Thickness of Insulation 2.5” 12 Thickness of Insulation 3” 13 Thickness of Insulation 4” 14 Thermal Insulation Thickness 3” with alluminum clading 26Swg 15 Thermal Insulation Thickness 4” with alluminum clading 26Swg
