Fabrication & erection of double Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories (Top Channel, Substation base Channel etc.) as per required. All required materials such as Holding clamp/STP/LT clamp, F-Bracket, LT shackle insulator, Nuts & Bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor. nGrouting of Pole in cc 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast), Grouting will be done in the block of size 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc (Material provided by Contractor). nMaking plinth around Pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top. nAll work will be done as per RESPO norms & relevent IS Specification. 4 Painting of Pole by double coating Aluminium & Red oxide paint. Paint will be provided by contractor 5 Laying of 11 KV XLPE 3.5x70 sq. mm by HDD method as per RESPO norms 6 Errection of Cable Jointing Kit 3X70 Sq.mm. & Hoisting of cable on existing double pole using G.I. Pipe 4dia (G.I. Pipe 4 Dia and other Necessary Materials excluding 11 KV XLPE Cable 3X70 mm² provided by Contractor) 7 Fabrication, errection, commissioning & testing of 25 KVA T/F on Double Pole with all accessories including make its LT and HT connection.
