(Dist. 0 to 50 Kms.). 2 PCC pole 8.5 Mtr 3 ST pole 9/11 Mtr 4 Cartage of line material viz Weasal Conductor, GI earth wire, Cross Arm, Angle, Channel, Insulator, Clamps & other line material from Store centre or from any other place to the respective site of work through the Kachha Pacca road including the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends also including the work of dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. (Dist. 0 to 50 Kms.). 5 Erection of single support including complete H.T/L.T fittings as per RESPO manual and as per direction of Engineer incharge including the cost of labour, T & P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 6 PCC pole 8.5 Mtr 7 STP 9/11 Mtr. 8 Erection of double pole on PCC pole including the work of complete line as per RESPO norm manual and as per direction of Engineer Incharge including the cost of labour, T & P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 9 PCC poles 8.5 Mtr./ ST Pole 11 Mtr. 10 Installation & fixing of 11 KV TPMO/Fuse Set. 11 Erection of stay set complete including the work of nuzzling etc. as per RESPO manual and also including the cost of arrangement of all grouting material, labour, T&P fixing of stay insulator etc. required for proper completion of work. 12 Drilling and cutting of tee off channel, V cross arms. as per specification of UPPCL construction manual including including loading and unloading at the both ends. 13 Fixing of earthing rod as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer including the T&P, cost of labour. 14 Safe carriage of XLPE cable of size 3x(35/70/120/185) Sq. m.m. from store to respective site of work including loading unloading at both ends. 15 Laying of 3x(35/70/120/185) Sq.mm. 11 KV under ground cable after digging trench of 600 mm. wide, 1500 mm deep, providing the fine sand cushion beneath and above the cable. The cable shall be duly protected by Ist class bricks, two on either side and third on top of the cable, laid in series one after the other. The work includes supplying of fine sand and bricks, filling and ramming of the left out soil, closing the trench and levelling. Spare cable shall be left and buried in the trench in the shape of rings at both ends. All material (except cable), labour, T&P carrier etc, required for proper completion of work will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 16 Filling of 3x70/120 Sq. m.m. 11 KV XLPE heat shrinkable cable jointing Kits outdoor/indoor type including the cost of labour T&P carrier etc for proper completion of work. 17 Laying sagging stringing, binding and jumpering etc. of following conductor on the newly erected pole as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer, including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 18 ACSR weasel conductor 19 ACSR Dog conductor 20 LT ABC 3x95+1x70+1x16 bunch conductor 21 LT ABC 3x50+1x35+1x16 bunch conductor 22 Carriage and installation from Store to site of following capacity transformer including the work of its loading & unloading, dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 23 10/16 KVA T/F 24 25 KVA T/F 25 63 KVA T/F 26 100 KVA T/F 27 Safe carriage of 11 KV pilfer proof metering cubicle from store centre, Soron (Kasganj) to site of work including loading and unloading at both ends. Average distance approx. 0 km to 50 km. 28 Erection & grouting of 11 KV pilfer-proof metering cubicle making connections with bus bar, tapping with Empire Tape with existing earthing. The above work includes the cost of labour, T&P, carrier & material etc. required for proper completion of work except cost of 11 KV VCBs. 29 Guarding of 11 KV line by laying two nos. GI wire parallel and fixing of lacings (tilli) at a distance at 2-3 Mtr. as per RESPO manual and also including the cost of arragement of labour, T & P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 30 Cutting and Chipping of Tree Branches which comes on HT/LT lines. 31 Making the plinth of ST poles as per RESPO norms. 32 Re-sagging of loose HT/LT line conductor as per direction of supervising engineer. It includes the cost of labour T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 33 ACSR Weasal Conductor 34 Re-tightning of stay complete with nuzelling & binding including cost of labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work. 35 Straightening of tilted pole at various places as per direction of JE. 36 PCC poles 8.5 Mtr./STP pole 9/11 Mtr. 37 Grouting 38 PCC poles 8.5 Mtr. Long as per RESPO norms 40 Installation of extra “T”on the old erected poles wherever required. 41 Replacement/Re-fixing of following damaged/ disturbed/dealign accessories:- 42 Different type of insulators/clamps /connectors/ fittings. 43 Wearing GI pipe 6” dia on the feeder cable before mounting the cable on the double pole lifting, mounting and clamping of 11 KV feeder cable with boxes on the feeder double pole structure and making connections including supply. 44 Safe carriage of 11 KV CT/PT pole mounting unit of any other place or from site of work to the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 45 Installation of 11 KV CT-PT combined metering unit on double pole after fixing of channel with M.S. Clamps and nuts bolts for holding the channel angle etc. The unit body shall be earthed by connecting M.S. strip of size 1/8x1 finally connected to earthing rod of size 20mm x2540 mm. 11 KV line shall be connected to unit as per instructions of SDO/AE(M). The M.S. Strip & earth rod shall be included in the scope of work. 46 Painting of ST pole as per RESPO norms. 47 Safe carriage of LT distribution box (three phase) from store centre Soron (Kasganj) to pit site including loading and unloading at both ends mounting and fixing on pole also by making connections as per RESPO norms. 48 Dismantling and removal of existing conductor from the various area preparing their coils and then stacking in the respective JE’s (Store) as per direction of Supervising Engineer. It includes the work of cartage, cost of labour, T&P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 49 ACSR Weasal Conductor/GI wire. 50 Dismantling of old and damaged pole after dismentling of all accessories. 51 PCC poles 8.5 Mtr/STP 11 Mtr. 52 Safe carriage of Old line material viz. Conductor, G.I. Earth wire, ABC conductor, Cross Arm, Angle, Channel, Insulators, Clamps & other line material from any other place or from site of work to the work of its loading & unloading at the respective ends including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 53 Demounting & carriage from site to Store of following capacity transformer due to damage of PCC poles including the work of its loading & unloading, dragging etc. and also including the cost of labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. 54 10/16 KVA T/F 55 25 KVA T/F 56 63 KVA T/F 57 100 KVA T/F
